This is not from my inbox,but from one of my favorite sites--The Internet Archive! They have a vast collection of old cookbooks,most of which can be read online. This book is from 1913,& has "Oriental" recipes...by "Oriental" I believe the author is referring to the near East;Turkey,Armenia,Greece,etc.
